Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a notice of infringement with us, you must provide a written communication that includes all of the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list of such works.
2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as the URL where the material appears on our site).
3. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name will suffice).

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which SnapGame may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, SnapGame has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Our Takedown Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
2. Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled
3. Provide the user with your DMCA notice (including your contact information)
4. Terminate repeat infringers' accounts when appropriate

We typically respond to valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours of receipt.

Third-Party Content

SnapGame hosts games and content from various sources, including third-party developers. We do not claim ownership of third-party content and respond promptly to valid takedown requests.
